PPIU is the one of leading university in Cambodia that provides quality education based on national and international standards focusing on digital education and research.

Current Website Evaluation:

We have conducted a thorough evaluation of PPIU website and have identified several areas that can be improved upon. The current website has a cluttered layout, unclear navigation, outdated design elements, and lacks responsive design which is crucial for mobile users. We also observed that the website is not user-friendly and does not provide an optimal user experience.

Proposed Solution:

Our proposal is to redesign your website with a modern, responsive design that incorporates the latest web design trends and technologies. Our team will work closely with you to create a website that is user-friendly and provides an optimal user experience. Our redesign will focus on:

For PPIU, we decided to use Webflow for a few key reasons:

• Speed: Due to the nature of Webflow's visual code interface, we can build websites significantly faster.
• CMS Integration: Webflow has a built-in content management system (CMS) that allows you to easily manage and update your website content. This can be useful for businesses that need to make frequent updates to their website, such as adding new products or services.
• Animation: for modern websites that means having a significant number of micro-animations that help both on the aesthetic side and also with regards to the functional navigation.

User Experience:

We will propose the ordering menu selection for the user to easily find, such as academic majors, bachelor degree ,master degree and english program.

Design Layout:

We will provide a great user experience for your customers. We will also ensure that your website is responsive to all devices, including smartphones and tablets.

Navigation:

We will simplify the website's navigation, making it easier for users to find the information they need quickly and easily.

Content:

We will work with you to ensure that the website's content is well-organized and easy to understand. We will also incorporate new content to keep the website fresh and up-to-date:

Project timeline

Project timeline will be base on the scope work as following.

UI/UX Design (one week):

We will use Figma as a design tool for sharing our design and connecting prototypes.

Development (two weeks)

The development stage will start when we receive and adjust the design based on feedback from PPUI.

Testing and launch (one week).

When the testing is meet the user requirement as well as get approval from the school we can launch the site to the production.
